Costa Rican Food-Fresh Fish





Tuna and salmon carpaccio, fried salmon skin and avocado sushi, and fresh fish tacos with cilantro, pico de gallo and lemons.  I think my Costa Rica trip turned me into a pescetarian!

  1. Fish tacos look amazing, though too much cilantro maybe? And I never liked the fake paper "grass" that gets put in with sushi . . . what's that all about?

  2. Those were MY fish tacos and I'm clearly obsessed with cilantro, haha. At least it adds color to the shot? And yes, the sushi wasn't that great. I should have gotten sashimi, much better presentation.
