In Hawaii, pork filled buns (or cha siu bao) are called Manapua. Its name is a shortening of the Hawaiian mea ʻono puaʻa, meaning, "delicious pork thing."
Manapua consists of a white bun with a dark pink-colored diced pork filling. The Hawaiian version of the cha siu bao tends to be larger than its Chinese cousin and can be either steamed or baked. The red pork filling's dark pink color comes from marinating the pork with a very small amount of saltpeter prior to slow roasting. The bun is occasionally baked, but more frequently steamed when it is made. Manapua has come to mean any meat-filled or bean-paste-filled bun made with the same dough as described above including locally created versions with hot dogs, curry chicken, kalua pig, and even ube (purple yam), which is a popular vegetarian version of the manapua. In Hawaii, freshly prepared or prepackaged frozen manapua may be found in dedicated bakeries, restaurants, and chain convenience stores.

Various origins are claimed for the name Club 33. Some say the name sprang from the number of lessees (park sponsors and merchants) Disney expected to entertain at the club, others say an address was required for the liquor permit and others say Disney liked the way the numbers looked together. Officially, the name comes from the club's address: 33 Royal Street in New Orleans Square, and is located adjacent to the Blue Bayou restaurant.

The creative and adventurous enthusiasm of Walt and his gang of talented artists fill every corner of this wonderfully appointed members-only lounge located in Disney's California Adventure. Travel souvenirs from across the globe are carefully placed upon the shelves and Art Deco fixtures take you back to a Hollywood which most can only dream of.
Photos of Walt, his family and his animators cover the walls from the front door all the way to the well stocked marble bar.
The bartender doesn't ask what you want as he's already began preparing it the moment he saw you walk in.
Relax and enjoy.
